health & wellness become a reality. My passion is helping you discover
the path toward creating a healthful lifestyle, and coaching you to achieve
your desired short and long-term goals.
With experience in the health and fitness industry that encompasses more than
twenty-five years of discovery, and includes more than fifteen years of experience
as a Licensed, Certified Massage Therapist, as well as Certification in Pilates, Personal Training, and Wellness Coaching -- my background provides a holistic perspective that incorporates extensive training and practical experience in health club, sports medicine, physical therapy and hospital settings.
Our studio focuses on integrating self-care and healing movement to help you improve your overall health and fitness. Our clinical massage therapy services are of the highest quality, and are often part of our clients' overall health & fitness programs, which may include goals of strength & conditioning, flexibility, injury rehabilitation, stress management, improved personal health and well-being. The results are a stronger, more balanced and flexible body, with an enhanced mind-body connection.
Hands-On Health (a part of Joe's Place-True Pilates) is now in its 13th year of operation on Cape Cod. Backed by years of practical experience in the field, along with continued education and hands-on training, our massage services are unparalleled in the area.
